Hi, I’m Mushaal
I help busy women get steadier energy and fewer cravings with simple habits that fit real life.
I’m Mushaal Ijaz, an MSc, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. I know what it’s like to feel tired all day and confused about food, because I’ve been there. My own struggles with low energy and weight gain led me to look beyond quick fixes and restrictive diets, and toward the everyday habits that shape how we feel.
That’s how the GEMS Method was born: four simple habits that support steady blood sugar, so you can feel more energized and less ruled by cravings. No calorie counting, no cutting out your favourite foods, and no guilt.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from McMaster University and an MSc in Health Studies and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo. I earned my diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and I’ve taught at LUMS and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I also hold a certification in inflammation and autoimmunity. Today I work virtually with clients around the world.
I also offer 1:1 support for clients with inflammatory and autoimmune concerns, working alongside their healthcare team.
